Homemade lunches will be catered by club members Julia Smith and Sara Karl. Menu's to come but it will be something different every day. The cost will be $ 15.00 per day. There is no where convienent to the test site to purchase lunch so plan accordingly A judges dinner will be held at a nearby resturant on Saturday evening.
Help us celebrate everyone's successes by sponsering a tophy or two. Donations before closing will be recognized in the catalog
Dry Camping is available at the test site. There are no showers and no electrical hookups but plenty of parking. Please let Marti Simons know ahead of time if you are planning on parking an RV on property

There are a number of hotels along Interquest parkway approximately 25 minutes from the test site. The Drury Inn at 1170 Interquest Parkway is pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $50 per night and a limit of two dogs
Also pet friendly is the Hotel Polaris at I25 and Northgate Parkway just outside the Air Force Academy. The pet fee is $35per night, a portion of which is donated to non profits supporting K9 veterans and veterans needing service dogs. Limite of 2 dogs but no size or weight restrictions. It is also approximately 25 minutes from the test site.

Donations will be most humbly appreciated.
Saturday noon will be a communal meal we hope all will be willing to contribute to. A sign up sheet will be available to entrants after closing.
An evening repast will be held in honor of our Watchers and Scroll Keepers. The menu will include Gumbo, Rice, Cornbread and Desert. Please return to this page for reserving and payment information as the date approaches.
