About the event
Appointments will begin at 10 am and can be scheduled by calling the Animal Eye Center at (970) 461-0909 Tell them you are booking for the BMDCR clinic. The cost is 40 dollars per dog.
Once your appointment is made, you will be given directions to to go to the OFa website to complete the certification form. You will need to do this prior to your appointment so Dr. Roberts can complete the form to assure you can submit payment and receive your dogs certification.
