$5.00 for shipping and handling is added to all orders. If s/h requires substantially less than $5.00, we will refund the difference. If s/h requires substantially more than $5.00, we will contact you for approval to charge the difference.
International Orders
Postage will be calculated and we will e-mail you for approval to charge that amount to you in advance of shipping.
